• Subscription Process:
To subscribe, please complete the form, select your desired package, make payment, and then choose your meals from our website menu.
• Activation and Delivery:
Your subscription will activate within two working days. You’ll receive your first meal at your registered address 48 hours after subscribing.
• Delivery Schedule:
Meals are delivered from Friday to Wednesday based on the representative’s itinerary. The representative will wait for approximately 15 minutes at the delivery site.
• Route Plan:
Each representative follows a set itinerary during delivery, so arrival times vary according to their route plan.
• Delivery Time for Riyadh Customers:
Riyadh city customers can select delivery times between 7 am to 2 pm or 4 pm to 11 pm. Delivery will be scheduled according to the chosen period and neighborhood itinerary.
• Address Changes:
You can change your delivery address up to two days before the scheduled date. Failure to receive meals will result in forfeiture, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
• Storage Instructions:
Meals are delivered 24 hours in advance. Please refrigerate meals immediately to maintain nutritional value. Meals are considered unusable after 72 hours.
• Meal Modification:
Meal modifications are available every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to Wednesday 9 a.m. through your Antifat Plus account.
• Subscription Renewal:
To avoid interruption, renew your subscription two days before it expires via your account.
• Recipient Responsibility:
You or a designated person must receive the meal. Failure to do so voids compensation rights.
• Cancellation Policy:
Cancel your subscription before meal delivery or within the first two days, subject to a 10% deduction from the remaining balance, plus bank transfer and electronic payment fees. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
• Subscription Freeze:
You can freeze your subscription on the website up to two days before the freeze date, for durations less than 90 days. Failure to receive meals during a frozen subscription results in forfeiture.
• Refund Policy:
After two days from meal receipt and subscription start, refunds are not available. However, you can transfer remaining subscription days to another person.
• Force Majeure Clause:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, road closures), we apologize for any delays. Meal balances will be preserved without deduction and added to your account later.
